- Wife's apartment has a lovely lobby. Still reminds me of old school Versace, needs more fancy gold lion heads
- Wedding reception of Geneva's co-worker was amazing, we all got customized cupcakes. I didn't eat mine and I have no idea where it ended up going. They informed us that the enormous centerpiece in the middle of the table was won by the cupcake box with a sticker at the bottom. I kept praying that I wouldn't win (which I didn't) because I have no idea how I would bring that thing home.
- The menu was pretty fantastic, the brandy basket that the sorbet came in was the most delicious thing ever.
- I looked around Nuit blanche at around midnight before heading back to the apartment. I still didn't see a single damn thing except loads of drunk people and a nicely lit Nathan Phillips Square
- Cora's had an insane line and we didn't want to wait in the cold. Proceed walking 20 minutes for a similar (and better, in my opinion) breakfast at Sunset Grill. I had the veggie omelet with an extra topping of bacon. Excellent meal, lasted me until 5 pm.
- Shortest ferry ride in the world for the Helitours, which was 6 minutes and 30 seconds of pure awesome.
- Finished the day off by sapping internet at Starbucks before heading back to Hamilton.
- Oh and some recent purchases: An owl necklace and a simple silk white shirt by H&M (thank you to the Boy for my gift card! ^_^ ).
- I found some useless clinique things I bought from Sephora a while back and exchanged it for a gift card. Nars' lipsticks in Love Devotion (a coral red) and Niagra (pinkish red) are far better choices.
